What we do not claim
We are a reseller. We do not run the servers that deliver your order: we buy it from whichever panel we read is cheapest that day, and if it is not delivered in full the undelivered part comes back to your balance automatically.
If an order is only partly delivered, the undelivered part is refunded to your balance automatically, counted from what the supplier reports.
“Cheapest” always means the cheapest among the panels we read, not the whole market.
