What you are agreeing to when you buy here. Written to be read, not to be survived.
What we sell
We resell social-media engagement services — followers, views, likes, subscribers, members and similar — bought on your behalf from third-party providers. We do not operate the systems that deliver them.
Your balance
Money you send becomes a balance in US dollars. The balance buys services on PanelHawk. It is not a deposit account: it cannot be withdrawn, transferred to anyone else, or paid back to a card, a wallet or a chain. It does not expire. The minimum top-up is $5.00; the maximum in one transfer is $10,000.00.
Prices
A price is what we charge when you place the order, and it is recomputed every six hours from the public prices of the panels we read. A price you saw earlier is not a price we owe you; the amount on the confirmation step is the amount we take.
Delivery and refunds
We do not guarantee delivery, speed or quality, because we do not control the provider. What we do guarantee is the arithmetic: if an order is delivered in part, the undelivered part is refunded to your balance automatically, counted from what the provider reports. If an order cannot be placed, the whole charge is refunded. Refunds go to your balance.
What we need from you, and what we will never ask for
A public link to the profile, post or channel. Never a password, and never access to your account. A private account, a wrong link or a link the provider rejects can mean an order we cannot deliver; where the provider refunds us we refund you, and where it does not we will tell you plainly.
What you may not do here
Order for an account you have no right to act for, use the service to deceive, harass or impersonate anyone, or attempt to break, overload or probe this site. We may refuse or reverse an order and close an account for any of these, and a closed account's balance is returned as a balance, not as cash.
Chargebacks and disputes
Both rails we take are final by design. If you believe something is wrong, write to support before doing anything else: we keep a full record of every order and every movement of your balance, and we will show it to you.
Our liability
Our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for that order. We are not liable for anything a platform does to an account as a result of engagement bought here, and we do not promise that any platform permits it.
Changes
We may change these terms, and the date below says when we last did. A change never applies to an order already placed.
