PanelHawk

Frequently asked questions

Short answers, and none of them are guesses.

How can your prices be lower than the panel I use now?

Because we do not guess. Every six hours we read the public price list of 3 panels, work out which of them sells the same product, and buy each order from the cheapest one that day. A normal panel picks one supplier, marks it up, and revisits the price when somebody complains.

We are not cheaper than every panel on earth, and we never say we are. On a product another panel we read also sells, we say exactly how we compare, and on a product nobody else we read sells, we say nothing.

What is your margin?

20% above what we pay, and that is the whole business. We publish it because in this market nobody publishes anything, and because you can check it: the prices we buy at are the public prices of panels you can open yourself.

That margin pays for supplier prices moving between one reading and your order, for the part of an order a supplier fails to deliver and we refund, and for Telegram's cut on Stars.

How do I pay?

USDT on the TRON network, or Telegram Stars — which you buy with a card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, so Stars is the way to pay by card here. The minimum top-up is $5.00 and the largest in one go is $10,000.00.

Money goes onto a balance and orders come off it. Your balance buys services on PanelHawk; it cannot be withdrawn or transferred, and it does not expire.

What happens if my order is not delivered?

If it is delivered in part, we refund the undelivered part to your balance automatically, counted from what the supplier reports. If it cannot be placed at all, the whole amount comes back. Every order ends either delivered or credited back, and you are told which and why.

How fast is delivery?

It is the supplier's speed, not ours, and it depends on the product. We show what the supplier reports rather than a number we invented, and where we have no delivery history for a product we say nothing about its speed.

My order says “queued”. What does that mean?

It means we have taken your order and it has not gone to the supplier yet. It starts as soon as the queue clears, nothing more is charged to you, and if it has not started within a few hours we refund it and tell you.

Can I cancel?

While an order is still with us, yes, from the order's own page, and the money goes straight back to your balance. Once it is with the supplier it depends on whether that supplier allows a cancellation for that product — the product page says whether it does.

Do you need my password for the account I am buying for?

No, and we will never ask for one. We need the public link to the profile, post or channel, nothing else. An account that is private cannot be delivered to, so make it public before ordering.

Is the catalogue really this large?

6,220 products at the last reading. It is that large because it is the union of what every panel we read sells, resolved into products that can be compared like for like — not the inventory of one supplier relationship.

A product whose supply disappears keeps its page and says it is unavailable, with the nearest alternatives, rather than vanishing.

Who do I talk to?

Support, in your own language, through the bot or from your account. Anything about money, a refund or a specific price is answered by a person, not a machine.
