Telegram members from an SMM panel raise the subscriber count of a public channel or group. That is what they do, and almost all they do. Post views raise the view counter of one post. Reactions add emoji reactions under one post. None of these products makes people read, buy or come back, and the members in particular tend to thin out over time. If a visible number is what you need, a panel sells it, priced per 1,000; if you need an audience, a panel does not sell that.
The rest of this page covers which Telegram services panels actually list, what they cost, the honest risks, and the one detail that ruins the most orders: the link.
What panels sell for Telegram
The Telegram section of the shop is the union of what the panels we read list for Telegram, resolved into comparable products. The categories it holds today:
- Members, Channel Members and Subscribers: accounts joining a public channel. Panels name much the same product differently, which is why there are three labels. Start with Telegram members.
- Group Members: accounts joining a public group rather than a channel. A group is a chat where members can write; a channel is a broadcast where only admins post. Order the product that matches what you run.
- Premium Members: members sold as Telegram Premium accounts. They are a separate product with their own rate per 1,000; the product page shows the price and the refill terms. See Telegram premium members.
- Views and Post Views: views on posts. See Telegram post views.
- Reactions: emoji reactions on a post, including mixed and premium variants. See Telegram reactions.
- Comments, Shares and Bot Start: comments under a post, forwards of a post, and accounts pressing Start in a bot.
Each category can be narrowed by country, by the quality label a panel attaches (Premium, HQ, Real, Mix and so on) and by refill window. Treat quality labels as the supplier's own words, not as something we measured. Search also turns up listings with "Stars" in their names; those are products some panels sell, and they have nothing to do with paying us in Telegram Stars. Read the product page before buying one.

What members and views do, and what they don't
Members
The member count is public: anyone who opens your channel sees it before the first post. That is the whole case for buying members. A channel with a few dozen subscribers looks untested; the same channel with a few thousand looks like it has been going for a while. Some people buy members for exactly that first impression, and then grow the real audience by other means.
What members from a panel do not do is read. They are accounts that joined because a supplier was paid to make them join. They rarely open posts, rarely react and do not buy. If your views per post stay flat while your member count jumps, anyone who looks closely will notice the gap.
Views and reactions
Telegram counts views per post, not per channel. A view order raises the counter on one post and nothing else, so a channel with 10,000 members and 200 views per post reads differently from one with matching numbers. That is why people who buy members often buy views on their newest posts too. Reactions work the same way: per post, visible, and only as convincing as the numbers around them.
What Telegram members cost
Prices run per 1,000. The table below is measured, not typed: it is what the panels we track charged at the last crawl, for each Telegram product type sold widely enough to compare.
| Product | Panels | Cheapest tracked | Median | Below median |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Telegram views | 31 | $0.001 | $0.004 | −75% |
| Telegram members | 25 | $0.025 | $0.3125 | −92% |
Three things move the price more than anything else:
- Type. Plain members, premium members, views and reactions are separate products with separate prices; the table above shows the types enough tracked panels sell to compare, and the shop lists every one.
- Refill window. A product with a 30-day refill usually costs more than the same product with none, because the supplier promises to top up drops for that period. What refill actually means is worth reading before you pay extra for it.
- Country. Members or views from a named country are priced separately from mixed or unspecified ones.
The same product is not one price across panels; it is a range. The Telegram members price ladder and the Telegram views price ladder show every tracked panel's price for the most common variant, cheapest first, with the median. For a made-up example of why that matters: say one panel lists 1,000 members at $0.30 and another at $0.10, then on a 20,000-member order the example difference is $4.00, for the same product.
Our margin is never less than 20% above what we pay, a floor that is published. We buy each order from a panel we hold an account with, weighing its price against its delivery record, and a supplier known to be slow gives way to a comparable one known to be faster at a similar price. Of the 4,149 products another tracked panel also sells, we are cheaper than every other panel we track on 893, counting every tracked panel except the one we buy that product from. Each product page says whether it is one of them, and what the cheapest of those other panels charges.
What our own Telegram listings cost, and how fast they arrive
The ladder above is the market: what the other panels charge. The table below is the shop. It has the largest Telegram types we sell, with how many products are on sale, our own lowest and median rate per 1,000, how many come with a refill window, and how fast the suppliers we buy from say they deliver.
| Product | On sale | From | Median | With a refill window | Typical delivery per 1,000 |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Members | 214 | $0.0204 | $1.67 | 3% | about 1 h 56 min (published for 33) |
| Views | 116 | $0.0012 | $0.0929 | 0% | about 9 min (published for 20) |
| Premium Members | 76 | $1.39 | $7.51 | 1% | – (published for 8) |
| Reactions | 47 | $0.0088 | $0.0149 | 0% | – (published for 9) |
| Group Members | 47 | $0.0503 | $0.96 | 9% | about 3 h 10 min (published for 10) |
| Shares | 43 | $0.0125 | $0.0746 | 0% | – (published for 0) |
| Bot Start | 36 | $0.0959 | $3.915 | 0% | – (published for 0) |
| Comments | 35 | $0.39 | $3.12 | 0% | – (published for 0) |
How to read it:
- From and Median are our prices, not the market's. "From" is the cheapest product of that type. The median is the middle of all of them, and a fairer idea of what a product with a named country or a refill window will cost you.
- With a refill window counts the products whose supplier lists one, whether that is a few days, a year or "lifetime". The rest promise nothing about drops. The window is the supplier's own term, printed on each product page as listed.
- Typical delivery is not our measurement. Many panels publish an average time per 1,000 next to each service on their own price list. We read those figures every night, use one only while it is recent, and print the middle figure for a type only when enough of its products have one; a dash means too few do. Treat it as the supplier's recent average, not a promise. A large order, a busy week or a change on Telegram's side can all make delivery slower.
The delivery figure is per 1,000, so it scales with the order. As a made-up example of the arithmetic, not a figure from the table: at a pace of one hour per 1,000, an order of 10,000 members takes around ten hours if the supplier keeps that pace. When the pace matters, open the product page: it shows the figure for that one product whenever its supplier publishes one.
Which Telegram product to order
Most failed or wasted Telegram orders are the right money spent on the wrong product. Match the product to what you run and to the number you want to move:
| You run | The number you want to move | Order |
|---|---|---|
| A public channel | Its member count | Members, channel members or subscribers, as long as the title does not say Bot Start or Start Bot |
| A public group | Its member count | Group members |
| A channel or a group | Members that are Telegram Premium accounts | Premium members |
| A channel | The view counter of one post | Views, with the link of that post |
| A bot | Its user count | A product with Bot Start or Start Bot in its title |
Two traps hide in the names. First, some products filed under members or subscribers are bot starts: accounts pressing Start in a bot. They raise a bot's user count and do nothing for a channel; their titles say "Bot Start" or "Start Bot". Second, "Premium" in a title can mean two different things. In the premium members listing it means Telegram Premium accounts; on an ordinary member product, such as "Telegram Members — Premium, Turkey", it is the supplier's own quality label, and we pass it on without testing it.
The honest risks
Platform rules
Telegram's terms of service forbid using Telegram to send spam, and buying members or views can fall foul of Telegram's rules. Telegram can remove accounts it judges to be spam or fake, and when it removes accounts that were delivered to you, they disappear from your count. We do not claim any product is immune to that, and nobody honestly can.
Drops and leaving members
Bought members leave, or are removed, over days and weeks. That is normal, not a malfunction. A refill window means the supplier will top up drops during that window, on the supplier's terms; after it ends, drops stay dropped. A product with no refill makes no such promise. The product page shows the refill window and whether an order can be cancelled.
Private channels and groups
A supplier delivers to a public link. A private channel or group has only an invite link, not a public t.me address, and our FAQ says a private account cannot be delivered to. Make it public before you order. If you make it private again later, its public t.me link stops working, so a refill may no longer reach it.
The money
This is the part we control. If an order is delivered only in part, the undelivered part comes back to your balance automatically, counted from what the supplier reports. If it cannot be placed at all, the whole amount comes back. Delivery speed is the supplier's, not ours, and we do not invent a number for it. The FAQ has the full policy.

Which link to give
The wrong link is the commonest reason a Telegram order fails. The rule is simple: the link points at the thing that should receive the order.
| Product | Link to give | Shape |
|---|---|---|
| Members, channel members, subscribers | The channel | https://t.me/yourchannel |
| Group members | The public group | https://t.me/yourgroup |
| Views, post views, reactions, shares, comments | One post | https://t.me/yourchannel/123 |
The exceptions are view products named Auto, Future posts or Last posts: they cover several posts, new or recent, and take the channel link instead, as their titles say. To copy a post link in Telegram, open the post's menu and choose Copy Link. The order form accepts links on t.me, telegram.me and telegram.dog, and if you type a bare handle such as @yourchannel it turns it into https://t.me/yourchannel before the supplier ever sees it. A link on any other site is refused before you are charged. We never need a password; the public link is all.
How to order
On the website, open a product, paste the link, choose a quantity between the product's minimum and maximum, and the form shows the exact amount before anything is charged. You need an account with a balance; the form takes you through creating one.
In Telegram, open @panelhawk_bot, pick a product from the catalogue or search, choose the quantity and send the link. The bot checks the link's shape, then shows a confirmation with the charge, the balance left afterwards and the link exactly as it will go to the supplier. Nothing is charged until you confirm. The bot messages you again when the order ends, delivered or refunded.
Both places share one balance once your Telegram is connected to your web account (Settings, Connect Telegram). You top it up with USDT on the TRON network or with Telegram Stars, from $5.00. Stars are the card route: you buy them inside Telegram with a card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Paying with Telegram Stars and paying with USDT walk through each. A balance buys services here; it cannot be withdrawn.
Start small. Order the minimum of one product on one post or channel, watch how it arrives and how much drops in the following days, and only then order in volume.
Questions people ask
Is buying Telegram members safe?
No seller can promise that. Telegram's terms forbid using it to send spam, Telegram can remove accounts it judges to be spam or fake, bought members often drop off over time, and they rarely read anything. What we can promise is about money: the undelivered part of an order is refunded to your balance automatically. More in is an SMM panel safe.
How much do Telegram members cost?
It depends on the product: plain members, group members, premium members, a country or a refill window all price differently. The live table on this page and the Telegram members price ladder show what the panels we track charged at the last crawl.
Can I buy members for a private Telegram channel?
No. Delivery needs the channel's public t.me link; a private channel has only an invite link, and our FAQ says a private account cannot be delivered to. Make the channel public before ordering; if you make it private again, its public link stops working and a refill may no longer reach it.
Do Telegram post views come with members?
No. Members and views are separate products. A member order raises the subscriber count; a view order raises the view counter of one post, and needs that post's link.
What is a Telegram SMM panel?
A shop that resells Telegram members, views, reactions and similar services bought from other suppliers. PanelHawk is one, sold on the website and in @panelhawk_bot; what is an SMM panel explains the model.
How long does it take to get Telegram members?
It is the supplier's speed, not ours, and it varies by product. Many suppliers publish a recent average time per 1,000 on their own price lists; the table of our own listings on this page shows the middle of those figures for the largest Telegram types, and each product page shows its own figure when its supplier publishes one. Where a supplier publishes nothing, we say nothing rather than guess.
What are Telegram bot subscribers?
Accounts that press Start in a Telegram bot, so the bot's user count goes up. Some panels list them under subscribers or members, which is why the product title matters: a bot-start product needs the bot's t.me link and does nothing for a channel.
Can I pay for Telegram members with Telegram Stars?
Yes. Stars top up your balance in the bot, and that balance buys any product, including members, in the bot or on the website.
