YouTube views, likes, subscribers and watch hours from an SMM panel raise the public counters on a video or a channel. That is what they do. They do not make anyone watch to the end, subscribe because they liked the work, or come back for the next upload. YouTube also checks its own numbers, and its policy says traffic it finds to be artificial will not be counted. So a bought view is a number YouTube may keep, may never add, or may remove later.
If a visible number is what you need, a panel sells it, priced per 1,000. The rest of this page covers what is on sale for YouTube, what it costs, what YouTube says it does about it, and the detail that ruins most orders: the link.
What panels sell for YouTube
The YouTube section of the shop is the union of what the panels we read list for YouTube, resolved into comparable products. Panels name the same thing many ways, so the type list there is long. The groups that matter for most buyers:
- Views: plays counted on one video, with many variants (Real, Premium, Mix, by country, with or without a refill window). Start at YouTube views.
- Shorts views: views on a Short, listed as their own type, for example YouTube Shorts views.
- Live stream views: viewers on a stream while it is live, a separate product from views on an uploaded video.
- Subscribers: accounts subscribing to a channel. See YouTube subscribers.
- Likes: likes on one video, under YouTube likes.
- Comments and comment likes: comments under a video, random or with text you supply, and likes on a comment. Start at YouTube comments.
- Watch time and hours: hours of watching on a video, sold under names such as YouTube hours and watch time.
- Shares: shares of a video, sometimes to a named network or country.
Quality labels such as Real, HQ, Premium or Mix are the supplier's own words, not something we measured. Read them as names for different products, each with its own rate and terms, not as a promise about who is watching.
What each one changes, and what it doesn't
Views
The view counter is the first number anyone sees under a video. Some people buy views so a new upload does not sit at a few dozen plays while it finds an audience. What bought views do not carry is behaviour: they do not leave comments, do not click to the next video, and do not show up as returning viewers. A video with a large count and almost no likes or comments reads oddly to anyone who looks.
We cannot tell you how YouTube's counting works inside, and we do not claim to. What YouTube itself says is short: traffic found to be artificial will not be counted. Plan as if part of any order may never show, or may be removed later.
Subscribers
The subscriber count sits under the channel name on every video and on the channel page. That is the case for buying it. YouTube's policy adds a detail worth knowing: the subscriber number in YouTube Analytics runs about 48 hours behind the public count, because YouTube uses that delay for extra verification and spam review, and subscribers identified as spam do not count toward the total. Bought subscribers also do not watch new uploads, so they do nothing for the views of your next video.
Likes, comments and watch hours
Likes and comments are per video, visible, and only as convincing as the numbers around them. Custom comments put your own text under the video; read the product page for how many comments one order means. Watch hours are bought for one video. YouTube says artificial traffic will not be counted, and that applies to bought hours like anything else, so they can disappear from your totals.

What YouTube's policy says
YouTube's fake engagement policy is direct. In short:
- YouTube does not allow anything that artificially increases views, likes, comments or other metrics, whether by automatic systems or by showing videos to viewers who did not choose them.
- If you hire someone to promote your channel, their methods can affect your channel. YouTube says a method that breaks its policies can lead to content removal or a channel takedown whether you did it or someone you hired did.
- Page traffic found to be artificial will not be counted and can lead to strikes on your account. Terminated accounts and subscribers identified as spam do not count toward your subscriber total.
- Content that promotes view or subscriber services, and knowingly using a service to inflate live traffic, are named as violations.
So the honest answer to "is an SMM panel safe for YouTube" is that buying engagement breaks YouTube's rules and YouTube decides what to do about it, from nothing at all to removing counts, removing content or acting on the channel. How often each happens is not something any seller can measure, and we do not publish a figure because we do not have one. Is an SMM panel safe covers the same question across platforms, and the money side too.
What YouTube views and subscribers cost
Prices run per 1,000. The table below is measured, not typed: it is what the panels we track charged at the last crawl, for each YouTube product type sold widely enough to compare.
| Product | Panels | Cheapest tracked | Median | Below median |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| YouTube views | 31 | $0.2217 | $0.52 | −57% |
| YouTube likes | 29 | $0.0663 | $0.75 | −91% |
| YouTube comments | 26 | $0.1394 | $3.0322 | −95% |
| YouTube subscribers | 25 | $0.0052 | $0.043 | −88% |
Each type is not one price but a range, and it moves with the variant: refill window, country and quality label all make a separate product with its own rate. Which variant is cheaper on a given day is a question for the data, not a rule, so compare on the product pages. The price ladders show every tracked panel's price for the most common variant, cheapest first, with the median:
For a made-up example of why the spread matters: say one panel lists 1,000 views at $1.00 and another at $0.40, then on a 50,000-view order the example difference is $30.00, for the same product. How much followers cost explains where gaps like that come from.
Our prices sit 20% above what we pay, and we buy each order from the cheapest panel we can buy from that day, meaning one we hold an account with. Of the 4,149 products another tracked panel also sells, we are cheaper than every other panel we track on 893, counting every tracked panel except the one we buy that product from. Each product page says whether it is one of them, and what the cheapest of those other panels charges. The price data page shows the wider market.
Views and subscribers from one country
Some types have enough country-specific products to get a page of their own, listed under "By country" on the type page. For example YouTube views from the United States, US subscribers and US likes. A country label is the supplier's description of the product; it is priced and sold as a separate product from mixed or unspecified ones.
Which link to give
The wrong link is the commonest reason an order fails. The rule: the link points at the thing that should receive the order.
| Product | Link to give | Shape |
|---|---|---|
| Views, likes, comments, shares, watch hours | One video | https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VIDEO_ID or https://youtu.be/VIDEO_ID |
| Shorts views and likes | One Short | https://www.youtube.com/shorts/VIDEO_ID |
| Live stream views | The stream | The stream's watch link, while it is live |
| Subscribers | The channel | https://www.youtube.com/@yourchannel |
The example in the order form shows a video link, because most YouTube products are per video. For subscribers, paste the channel link instead. If you type a bare handle such as @yourchannel, the form turns it into https://www.youtube.com/@yourchannel before the supplier sees it. The form accepts links on youtube.com and youtu.be; a link on any other site is refused before you are charged. The video must be public. We never need a password; the public link is all. If a product page leaves you unsure which link it wants, ask support before ordering.
Drops and refill
Bought views, likes and subscribers can fall after delivery, either because the accounts behind them are removed or because YouTube stops counting them. That is normal, not a malfunction. A refill window is the supplier's promise to top up drops for a stated period, 30 days for example; after it ends, drops stay dropped. A product with no refill makes no such promise. The product page shows the refill term and whether an order can be cancelled once it is with the supplier. If something drops inside the window on an order you placed with us, write to support through the bot or your account.
A refill does not change what YouTube counts. If YouTube decides some views were artificial and leaves them out, a refill puts more of the same kind back, and they may be treated the same way. What refill, drip-feed and the cancel flag mean covers the terms in full.

How much to order
There is no safe number, and nobody can give you one. What helps is ordering in proportion to what the video or channel already has:
- Start with the minimum of one product on one video. Watch how it arrives and how much is still counted a week later.
- Keep numbers in proportion. Views with no likes, or subscribers far ahead of the views per video, are the gaps people notice first.
- Use a video you can afford to lose. YouTube's policy names content removal among its responses; do not test on the upload that matters most.
- Check minimum and maximum on the product page. Each product has its own, and the form will not take a quantity outside them.
How to order and pay
On the website, open a product, paste the link, choose a quantity between the product's minimum and maximum, and the form shows the exact amount before anything is charged. You need an account with a balance; the form takes you through creating one.
In Telegram, open @panelhawk_bot, find the product, choose the quantity and send the link. The bot shows a confirmation with the charge and the link as it will go to the supplier, and nothing is charged until you confirm. It messages you again when the order ends, delivered or refunded.
The website and the bot share one balance once you connect Telegram in the website's Settings. You top it up with USDT on the TRON network or with Telegram Stars, from $5.00; Stars are the card route. Paying with USDT and paying with Telegram Stars walk through each. A balance buys services here; it cannot be withdrawn.
If an order is delivered only in part, the undelivered part comes back to your balance automatically, counted from what the supplier reports. If it cannot be placed at all, the whole amount comes back. Delivery speed is the supplier's, not ours. The FAQ has the full policy.
Start small. Order the minimum of one product on one video, see what YouTube still counts a week later, and only then decide whether to order more.
Questions people ask
Is an SMM panel safe for YouTube?
No seller can promise that. YouTube's fake engagement policy does not allow anything that artificially increases views, likes, comments or other metrics, says artificial traffic will not be counted, and warns of content removal or a channel takedown even when someone you hired did it. What we can promise is about money: the undelivered part of an order is refunded to your balance automatically.
Does YouTube remove bought views and subscribers?
It can. YouTube's own policy says traffic it finds to be artificial will not be counted, and that terminated accounts and subscribers identified as spam do not count toward your subscriber total. How much of any given order that affects is not something a seller can measure for you.
Can I buy YouTube subscribers and watch hours together?
Yes, as separate orders: subscribers go to the channel link, watch hours to a video link. Both are in the YouTube section of the shop. Bear in mind that YouTube says artificial traffic will not be counted, so bought numbers may not stay in your totals.
Is buying YouTube views illegal?
It breaks YouTube's rules, and YouTube can act on the content and the channel. Whether it is also unlawful depends on where you are and what the account is used for; some places regulate fake social media indicators used commercially, such as the US FTC rule on fake reviews and testimonials. Check the law where you live; we do not give legal advice.
What is the cheapest way to buy YouTube views?
Compare the same product across panels rather than the headline rate. The YouTube views price ladder lists every tracked panel's price for the most common variant, cheapest first, and each product page says whether we are under every other panel we track for it.
Can I pay for YouTube views with crypto or a card?
You top up a balance with USDT on the TRON network or with Telegram Stars, and Stars are bought inside Telegram with a card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. The balance then buys any product, YouTube included.
